Delivery And Returns

Delivery 

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for £3.99.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK deliveries in up to 5 -7 working days. 
Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, Monday-Friday.
Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient within 1-3 working days after the order is dispatched. 
Slay Cosmetics cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL 
Europe - £6.99
We aim to deliver European international orders within 5-7 working days. 
Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery is able to be taken at the chosen delivery address.
Rest of the World -£10.00
We aim to deliver international order within 7-12 working days. 
Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery is able to be taken at the chosen delivery address.

We aim to deliver internationally within 5-12 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us.
Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.


CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES
The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. If you refuse to accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to Slay Cosmetics.  You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.
 

International orders: please check with your national mail service as to whether they provide tracking services for posted items when selecting your delivery option. When tracking is not provided as a service, we will send items signed for on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

Guaranteed delivery times are working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your guaranteed delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that deliver times may vary during festive periods and public holidays and delivery times may be longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us.
 
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
 
Please note that orders that are unable to be delivered and returned to us as a result, will be liable to a 10% restock charge and the initial postage charge will be deducted from monies owed.

Further  note that a restock fee of 10% will be applicable as soon as an order is placed as this automatically goes to fulfilment and is picked and packed.

PRE-ORDER
 
Please be advised that if a pre-order item is purchased at the same time as a non pre-order item they will be dispatched together. Please take this into account when ordering.
 

How to return an item

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and we ensure that all enquiries are dealt with within 7  days.
Please email info@slaycosmetics.co.uk for a returns form and address. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received. Please obtain proof of postage, as Slay Cosmetics will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our office.
  • Due to the nature of these products being cosmetics, for health & safety reasons we are unable to offer a refund on comestics and Accessories.
  • Disclaimer: Please discontinue use if any irritation occurs from any of the products.
1. Fill out the returns form including Name and Order Number.
2. Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.
 
3. Write  REFUND followed by your order number on the outside of your package.
 
4. Please send all returns to the address provided on the returns form.

You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent, always keep a proof of postage as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
 
5. Once we have received your parcel we will begin the  refund process and you will be informed by email as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 working days and will appear on your card under our company name slay Cosmetics. Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service at this time.
